Emotion Words
The monkey wants to understand emotions and needs the players’ help to do so. The tiles indicate whose turn it is. An emotion word appears with an explanation, followed by a question. One of the players answers the question. The monkey opens the pot. The player then adds the answer to the drink with his or her game tile. After five questions, the monkey drinks the potion. He can now feel the emotion!

Make the game more fun
- Use this game to teach the players new emotion words.
- Pause the game to allow more time for answering the questions and reflection.

Level 5
Level 5 games focus on the part of the brain that controls executive functions. Executive function is responsible for many skills, including planning and decision making. Note: level 5 games are too challenging for people in the middle and late stages of dementia.
