Letter Board
When the game tiles are placed on the playing field, letters appear. Adjust the order by shifting the tiles to make words. The longer the word, the more points you get! The players can help each other to come up with new words. This challenges them to expand their vocabulary. Make as many words as possible before the bar is completely orange!
Tips
Make the game more fun
- Pause the game and ask the players what the words mean.
- Have the players play on one side of the table, so that everyone can see the letters.
Level
Level 5
Level 5 games focus on the part of the brain that controls executive functions. Executive function is responsible for many skills, including planning and decision making. Note: level 5 games are too challenging for people in the middle and late stages of dementia.
